Road closure

Road closure notice from OCC:

“Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice – S14 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Temporary Road Closure at – Aston Rowant, Crowell Rd & High St

A request has been received from Sunbelt Rentals UK for a temporary road closure to apply to a section of Crowell Rd & High St whilst access to underground structure will be needed for renewal of fully underground cable.

A temporary Notice is being made to implement the temporary closures and will operate from 18/07/2022 (at 09:30hrs) to and including 19/07/2022 (at 15:30hrs). This is a day closure and each day from 09:30hrs to 15:30hrs

Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for those frontages within the closure area, subject to the progress of the works and liaison with the works supervisor.

A copy of the drawing showing the extent of the closure and also the alternative routes for traffic is attached.
