Opinions on waste services
What do you think of your local household waste and street cleaning services? That’s what South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils want to know as they launch their new waste services survey.
The two councils are asking residents to share their views and experiences of waste services across the districts, including household waste, recycling and food waste collections, bulky waste collections, street cleaning services, customer services and the councils’ waste and recycling information.
The feedback from the survey will help to identify which aspects of these services people are happy with as well as the areas which could be improved.
Your opinion really does matter – take the survey now by visiting – southandvale.gov.uk/WasteSurvey Comments are open until 11.59pm on Monday 10 July 2023.
If you have any questions or you require the survey in an alternative format (for example large print, Braille, audio, email, Easy Read and alternative languages) please email or call 01235 422146.
This waste survey focuses on services provided by South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils. It does not cover any questions relating to Household Waste Recycling Centres as these services are owned and managed separately by Oxfordshire County Council.
